tut team — Terms of Use

Applies to the tut team staff app (Android and iOS). Operated by Pegasus for Clean Transport, Cairo, Egypt. Effective 1 September 2026.

1. Who may use this app

tut team is an internal application for employees of tut. Your account is created by your employer and you sign in with an employee code and PIN issued to you. There is no self-registration. If you are not an employee, this app has no function for you.

2. Your account

• Keep your PIN private. Do not share it or let anyone use your account.
• Everything done under your account is treated as done by you.
• Tell HR immediately if you think someone else has access to your account.

3. Company information

What you see in this app — colleagues' contact details, pay information, documents, operational data — is confidential company information. Use it for your work only. Do not copy, publish or pass it on outside the company.

4. Conduct — zero tolerance

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. When you send messages, post in channels, comment on requests or record voice notes, you must not post anything that is harassing, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, and you must not impersonate anyone or post content you have no right to share.

Content that breaches this may be removed and access suspended without notice, and may be treated as a disciplinary matter under your employment terms. If you see something that breaches this, report it to your manager or HR, or email support@tuteg.net — reports are reviewed and acted on.

5. Accuracy

Attendance punches, requests, expense claims and custody settlements are work records. Submitting information you know to be false is a disciplinary matter.

6. Location

The app takes a single location reading when you check in or out, to confirm you are at your work site. It does not track you in the background. See the privacy policy.

7. Availability and changes

The app is provided for work use and may change or be unavailable from time to time. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
