Delete your tut team account

tut team accounts are issued by your employer and there is no self-registration, so there is no in-app delete button. Deletion is carried out by the company on request.

How to request deletion

1. Ask your HR contact, or email support@tuteg.net from your registered address.
2. Include your employee code so we can identify the account.
3. We respond within 30 days.

If you have left the company, your access is closed as part of offboarding — you do not need to do anything.

What is deleted, what is kept

Your profile, photo, uploaded documents, messages, voice notes and app data are deleted or anonymised. Employment records — attendance, leave, payroll, custody settlement and disciplinary history — are retained for the period Egyptian labour, tax and accounting law requires, then destroyed. We cannot delete those earlier, because keeping them is a legal obligation rather than a choice.
